Your contact details are private to us. We do not spam you or promote to you, and we do not pass the information to anyone else unless you have requested a referral for specialist help.

If you are willing for your comments to be quoted on the message board for the benefit of other visitors, we give you the choice whether or not your e-mail address is given. This allows interested visitors to contact you.

If you choose for your e-mail address not to be included, we haven't got the time to act as a postbox between visitors. The choice is yours.
